NSS is a Central Sector Scheme of Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. NSS CET aims at personality development of volunteers through community service.

Subsidiaries of NSS CET
Organises various educational activities for students of CET, Schools in Trivandrum, underprivileged children etc.
Tution for underprivileged students
Volunteers at NSS CET regularly visit Balalabavan and Balikabhavan nearby and provide tution sessions for children there.
Students' Initiative in Palliative care (SIP) cell opens the door before students to help people in need
Support for students, Staff etc. in need
We provides financial and support for those who need them
Prathyasha
An initiative to support patients doing dialysis by collecting fund from students and staff
Works to promote voluntary blood donations among students, arrange blood for needy
Regular blood donation camps in campus
We conducted 6 blood donation camps in 2022

Dedicated mobile phone and mobile number which works as a helpline for arranging emergency blood requirements
Green Campus Committee organizes events for raising awareness about protection of natural resources, energy conservation etc.

A project dreaming clean CET by developing a proper waste managment system in campus
